Eleven countries have joined forces to establish an international tribunal to sentence those who have committed murder, terrorist crimes or war crimes whilst fighting on behalf of ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
Fayez Serraj, the head of Libya’s Presidency Council called on the International Community from Tunisia to unite their stance towards Libya. Serraj stressed on the need to call early elections in the country which has seen an ongoing conflict.
The Egyptian parliament approved a 200 billion Egyptian pounds ($11 billion) sovereign wealth fund to be established which will contribute to sustaining economic development. The Egypt fund was given 5 billion Egyptian pounds to start up, and a 1 billion pound immediate transfer.
