Refugees from Mosul displaced in Syria give testimonies of ISIS' cruelty

Day after day, further accounts of ISIS cruelty are told by those who fled the city of Mosul.

Many of those interviewed spoke of ISIS’s bad treatment of civilians, and how militants would plunder houses in the city. One man even mentioned that the situation in Mosul is now very poor, as the group suffers from low morale and a lack of food and reinforcements.

Operations to liberate Mosul continue. Iraqi Security Forces have reached the town of Gogjali, which lies within the administrative borders of Mosul city, and have opened up two security corridors through which civilians can use to escape.
